Founded on April 1, 2007, by Joao and Pedro, the business transformed their family's century-old residence into a surf destination. This historic property, a landmark built in 1920 by Portuguese architect José Rodrigues Prieto, provides panoramic views of consistent surf breaks, making it well-suited for surf enthusiasts, from beginners to experienced surfers. Beyond accommodation, Surfcastle provides personalized surf instruction, maintaining a low student-to-teacher ratio of five trainees per certified instructor.
