As a travel blogger, I thrive on turning everyday moments into extraordinary adventures. My journey began with a simple desire: to share my family's unique experiences as we volunteered our way through Europe in a caravan. What started as a means to keep family and friends updated quickly evolved into something much bigger. In 2017, my husband and I made a life-altering decision to sell most of our possessions and embark on a year-long volunteer tour. With our three children, two cats, and a dog in tow, we transformed a six-berth caravan into our home on wheels. This bold move allowed us to save money and immerse ourselves in new cultures, undertaking volunteer projects that ranged from farm work to community development. The road hasn't always been easy. There were moments of doubt, challenges in adapting to new environments, and the occasional mishap. However, these experiences have only enriched our journey, teaching us invaluable lessons about resilience, adaptability, and the importance of human connection.
